Terms of Service

1. Sales and Purchase

1.1 When you place an order with us ("Order"), it represents your offer to purchase goods from us according to these terms. The order is placed when you submit it to us.

1.2 The Order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance, either by sending an email or displaying a confirmation on our website. Delivery of goods also serves as notice of our acceptance.

1.3 Upon our acceptance, a binding agreement ("Contract") is formed based on these terms. Any changes to the Contract must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

2. Price and Adjustments

2.1 Prices quoted exclude GST unless otherwise stated. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the price of the goods will be the price at the time of the order. Prices may change without notice and do not include delivery charges. We may charge a delivery fee based on the goods ordered and the delivery address.

2.2 Matpack Consumables reserves the right to adjust quoted prices, and you agree to pay any adjusted amounts due to:

a) Delays caused by your instructions, failure to meet obligations, or other factors beyond our control.

b) Changes in the cost of acquiring goods due to fluctuations in freight, insurance, customs duties, taxes, or exchange rates.

c) Variations in statutory or government-related charges.

d) Corrections of any errors or omissions by Matpack Consumables or its representatives.

3. Payment

3.1 Matpack Consumables reserves the right to suspend further deliveries if payment terms are not met.

3.2 Interest may be charged on overdue accounts at a rate of 2.5% above the prevailing bank rate.

3.3 You are responsible for any costs incurred by Matpack Consumables in recovering overdue payments, including debt collection or legal fees.

3.4 Any fees incurred due to dishonoured or reversed payments will be charged to you.

4. Delivery

4.1 Matpack Consumables will deliver goods to the address specified in the order or as otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2 The choice of carrier and mode of transport will be determined by Matpack Consumables.

4.3 You must notify Matpack Consumables within 14 days of the invoice date if proof of delivery is required. After this period, we are not liable for proof of delivery.

4.4 Matpack Consumables is not responsible for partial deliveries, delays, or any consequences arising from delays or non-delivery due to factors beyond our control.

5. Return of Goods

5.1 Matpack Consumables will only accept returns if we agree in advance and provide a return authorization number. Returns for credit are accepted within 14 days of delivery unless due to our error. We may charge a fee for returned goods, except in cases of our mistake.

5.2 No returns will be accepted if the goods have been tampered with or are not in new condition, or if they were sold on a non-return basis. Returned goods that do not meet these criteria will be sent back to you at your cost.

5.3 The receipt of returned goods by Matpack Consumables or its agents does not imply acceptance for credit or any other purpose.

6. Risk

6.1 Risk in the goods transfers to you once our obligations under Clause 4 are fulfilled.
