Policy

Matpack Consumables will only accept the return of products for credit or any other reason if prior approval is given, and a return authorization number is provided to the Customer before the goods are sent back. Returns for credit are only accepted within 14 days of delivery, unless the return is due to an error by Matpack Consumables. Matpack Consumables reserves the right to impose charges on returned items, except when the return is due to an error on their part. Returns are also subject to FDA regulations.

Matpack Consumables will not accept any returned products (even if a return was initially approved) if they have been tampered with by you or anyone else, or if they are not in their original, unused condition, or if they were sold as non-returnable items. If such goods are sent back to Matpack Consumables and do not meet these conditions, they will be returned to you at your own expense.

The receipt of any returned goods by Matpack Consumables, or by any of our agents or representatives, does not imply or constitute acceptance of the return for credit or any other reason.
